  • Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include VAT (EU). Errors in pricing will be corrected. 
  • Payments: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely. 
  • Returns: Return unused cups within 30 days for a refund (buyer pays return shipping). Email support@sustycup.com for instructions. 
  • Product Use: Cups are for personal use. SustyCup isn’t liable for misuse. 
  • Intellectual Property: All site content (e.g., logos, images) is owned by SustyCup. 
  • Liability: SustyCup isn’t liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). 
  • Disputes: Governed by EU law. Contact support@sustycup.com for issues.
